Introduction
3J1 precision alloy is a kind of high elastic alloy fe-Ni-Cr austenite precipitation strengthening. After solid solution treatment, the plasticity is good, the hardness is low, and it is easy to process and form. After solid solution aging or cold strain aging treatment, high mechanical and elastic properties can be obtained.
This kind of alloy has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus, small elastic aftereffect and hysteresis effect, weak magnetism, good corrosion resistance and good thermal stability, and can work in high temperature, high stress or corrosive medium. 3J1 alloy can work at 250. The alloys may also be used at low temperatures (e. g., near -200°C).
