Review of inconelx-750 Nickel-based Superalloys
inconelx-750 alloy is mainly a kind of nickel base superalloy aged by γ′[Ni3(al,Ti,Nb)] phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, high strength below 800 ℃, good relaxation resistance below 540 ℃, good formability and weldability. The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of high-strength, corrosion-resistant ring parts, structural parts and bolts, medium and low stress, anti-relaxation plane springs and coil springs working below 540 ℃. It can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and other parts. Products include plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires, pipes, etc.

Inconelx-750 heat treatment system
In the supply state, the plate and tube solid-soluble heat treatment system is 980 degrees C to 15 degrees C, air-cooled. Intermediate materials and heat treatment systems can be selected for the following heat treatments.
(1) Annealing: 955~1010 ℃, water cooling.
(2) Annealing before welding: 980 ℃,1H.
(3) Stress relief annealing: 900 ℃ 2h.
(4) Stress relief annealing: 885 ℃ 15 ℃,24h, air cooling.
Inconelx-750 varieties, specifications and supply status
Can supply various specifications of bars, forgings, rings, hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip, pipe, wire.
(1) Sheets and strips are generally supplied after hot or cold rolling, annealing or solid solution, pickling and polishing.
(2) Bars, forgings and rings can be supplied in the form of forging or hot rolling. It can also be supplied with solid solution treatment after forging. Bars can be supplied after solid solution polishing or turning, and can be in place according to cold drawing state when ordering.
(3) The pipeline is supplied after solution treatment and descaling.
(4) Wire can be supplied in solid solution state; For wires with nominal diameter or thickness less than 6.35mm, 50%-65% cold drawing deformation can be carried out after solution treatment. For wires with nominal diameter or side length greater than 6.35mm, the cold drawing deformation shall not be less than 30% after solution treatment. For wires with nominal diameter or side length not more than 0.65mm, the cold drawing deformation shall be not less than 15% after solution treatment.
inconelx-750 melting and casting process: using electric arc furnace vacuum consumable remelting, vacuum induction electroslag, electroslag vacuum consumable remelting or vacuum induction vacuum consumable remelting.
Application and special requirements of the inconelx-750: the alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of aircraft engine corrosion-resistant plane wave spring, ring spiral spring, spiral pressure spring, spring snap ring and sealing ring with working temperature below 540 ℃.

inconelx-750 phase transition temperature: the precipitation temperature of the γ′ phase is about 600 ° C., the precipitation peak is about 800 ° C., the dissolution starts at 900 ° C., and almost all of them are dissolved at 970 ° C.

Microstructure of the inconelx-750 alloy: After standard heat treatment, the inconelx-750 alloy structure consists of a gamma matrix, Ti(C,n), Nb(C,n), M23C6 carbides, and the γ′[Ni3(al,Ti,Nb)] phase. The content of γ′ is about 14.5%, which is the main strengthening phase of the alloy.
inconelx-750 process performance and requirements
inconelx-750 alloy formability: alloy forging temperature between 1220~950 ℃. In order to obtain good final forging or rod structure and properties, the subsequent forging heating temperature should be carried out at a corresponding lower temperature. The final forging temperature shall not be lower than 950 ℃. The alloy shall be subjected to solution treatment after vigorous forming.
Inconelx-750 welding performance: The alloy has good welding performance and can be used for various welding, but it is difficult to weld large cross-section parts, and it is better for small cross-section parts and thin plates. Welding must be carried out after annealing or solution treatment. After welding, stress relief treatment should be carried out. The humidity should be kept at 980 ℃ for 0.5h or 900 ℃ for 2h. After aging treatment, the strength of welded components close to complete heat treatment can be obtained.
inconelx-750 parts heat treatment process: parts heat treatment should be carried out in a neutral or sulfur-free reducing atmosphere to avoid vulcanization. Avoid "hot and cold" treatment of parts between 870°C and 650°C. For large cross-section parts, in order to prevent cracks, the solution treatment should be cooled in air. The final heat treatment of the finished part is as follows:
(1) For parts that work above 600°C and require the best creep resistance:
Solid solution: 1150 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 2-4h, air cooling;
Aging: 845 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation 24h, air cooling 705 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation 24h, air cooling.
(2) For parts that work below 600°C and require the best room temperature and high temperature tensile properties:
Solid solution: 980 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 1h, air cooling;
Aging: 730 ℃ 15 ℃, heat preservation 8h, furnace cooling 50 ℃/h to 620 ℃ 10 ℃, heat preservation 8h, air cooling.
(3) The following heat treatment systems are usually used for ring parts:
Solid solution: 1095 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 2-4h, air cooling;
Aging: 845 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 24h, air cooling or furnace cooling to 705 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 20h, air cooling.
(4) The following system is applied to the heat treatment of bars and forgings at temperatures below 600°C
Homogenization: 885 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 24h, air cooling;
Aging: 705 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation 20±1H, air cooling.
(5) The following systems can be used for heat treatment of plates, belts and wires for plates and springs in the annealed state:
Aging: 1)705 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 22h, air cooling;
(6) placed at 760 C for 1h.
Solid solution: 980 ℃ ± 15 ℃, heat preservation for 1h, air cooling;
Aging: 730 ℃ 10 ℃, heat preservation 8h, furnace cooling 50 ℃/h to 620 ℃ 10 ℃, heat preservation 8h, air cooling.
