inconel600(n06600) Nickel-base Alloy Overview
Inconel600 is an early developed Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution strengthened alloy. It has good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance. It has good hot strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. The alloy may be strengthened by cold working or joined by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It can be used for cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled thick plate, strip, wire, bar, round cake, ring billet, ring forging, etc. It is suitable for manufacturing anti-oxidation parts with low load below 1100 ℃.

According to Fuxin 1995-13 standard, ω(P)≤ 0.025%,ω(NB)≤ 1.00%.
Heat treatment system: plate: 1010~1050 ℃,3~5min/mm, air cooling; Strip steel: 1010 ℃ 10 ℃, air cooling; Wire: 1065 ℃ 10 ℃, air cooling. At a temperature of 1010 ℃ ± 10 ℃, treat the rod ring parts with air cooling liquid.
Varieties, specifications and availability: Various specifications of plates, bars, forgings, strips, wires, round cakes, ring blanks and ring forgings can be supplied. Rods are forged, surface polished or finished; round cakes and ring blanks are forged; rings are solid solutions; plates are solid solutions; plates are cold-rolled, solid solution, rust removal after supply; wires are delivered in the form of solution pickling plates or straight plates and solid solution straight belts.
Melting and casting process: the alloy is melted by one of the following processes:(1) non-vacuum induction melting electroslag remelting;(2) electric arc furnace melting electroslag remelting;(3) vacuum melting.
Application profile and special requirements: The alloy has mature experience abroad and has been made into aero-engine parts in China. Through flight tests, it has also been applied to the aviation field.

The mandrel diameter is equal to the product thickness multiplied by the bending factor in Table 3-2. The bending axis shall be parallel to the rolling direction.
