GH4090 disc spring

The disc spring is a conical disc and can be used alone or in series or parallel. Undertake dynamic load along the upper or lower edge. When compressed, it deforms until it flattens.     Friction is mainly caused by the following four factors

    When connected in parallel, the friction between the disc springs is 1. The hardness of the disc spring in contact with the shaft and the end face is 55HRC (at least 8 μm deep). 2 When used under dynamic load, high-pressure grease containing MoS2 must be used.
