GH3128

Gh3128 is a nickel-based alloy, tungsten, molybdenum solid solution strengthening, boron, cerium, zirconium grain boundary strengthening. It has high plasticity, high creep rupture strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding performance. Its comprehensive performance is better than GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for the manufacture of high temperature parts such as flame tube, afterburner shell and regulating plate of aeroengine combustion chamber working at 950 ℃ for a long time. The main products are cold-rolled plates, and hot-rolled plates, bars, forgings, wires and pipes can also be supplied.

    Gh3128 is a nickel-based alloy, tungsten, molybdenum solid solution strengthening, boron, cerium, zirconium grain boundary strengthening. It has high plasticity, high creep rupture strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding performance. Its comprehensive performance is better than GH3044 and GH3536.     Gh3128 heat treatment system: factory solid solution temperature 1140~1180 ℃, air cooling. The solution treatment was carried out at 1200 ℃, and its high temperature performance was tested.

    Gh3128 specifications and availability: cold rolled sheet δ0.8~4.0mm, hot rolled sheet δ4~14mm, cold drawn steel wire d0.3 ~ 10mm. Cold-rolled plate and hot-rolled plate are supplied after solid solution and pickling; welding wire is supplied under cold drawing, semi-hard or solid solution and pickling conditions.

    GH3128 melting and casting process: non-vacuum or vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting.

    Application profile and special requirements of Gh3128: The alloy is suitable for the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts working below 950 ℃, and the application effect is good.
