GH3044

GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel base oxidation resistant alloy.     Overview of GH3044 Nickel-based Superalloy

    GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel base oxidation resistant alloy. High plasticity, moderate thermal strength below 900 ℃, excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing the main combustion chamber, afterburner components, heat shield, guide vane, etc. under 900 ℃ for long-term operation.

    GH3044 heat treatment system: hot-rolled and cold-rolled strip in the supply state of the solid solution treatment temperature of 1120~1160 ℃, air-cooled, the supply state of the material performance inspection.

    GH3044 variety specification and supply status: can supply δ4~14mm hot rolled plate, δ0.5~4mm cold rolled plate, δ0.1~0.8mm strip, diameter d0.3 ~ 10mm, D20 ~ 300mm bar and rings of various diameters. Plates and strips are supplied after solid solution, pickling and finishing; wires are supplied in cold drawn, solution pickling or semi-hard state; bars and forgings are supplied without heat treatment.

    GH3044 melting and casting process: the alloy adopts electric arc furnace, non-vacuum induction furnace or vacuum induction furnace electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting process.

    Application and special requirements of GH3044: The alloy is used for stamping and welding of structural parts of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner, as well as mounting edges, guide vanes, guide vanes and other parts.

    GH3044 Organizational Structure

    After solid solution at 1200 ℃, it is basically single-phase austenite and a small amount of MC and M23C6 carbides. After long-term aging at 700~900 ℃. With the increase of aging time, the amount of precipitation increases and the particles grow up. At the same time, the WCR solid solution is added to precipitate at the grain boundary and grain boundary, which is granular. With the extension of aging time, the number and size of M23C6 increased gradually.

    According to the relevant technical standards, the grain size of the cold-rolled plate in the supply state should be between 4 and 8.

     

    GH3044 Process Performance and Requirements

    The formability of 1GH3044 is as follows

    (1) The forging heating temperature of GH3044 steel ingot is 1170 ℃ ± 10 ℃, and the final temperature is not lower than 900 ℃. The results show that the heating temperature of slab rolling is 1190±10 ℃, the heating temperature of hot rolling is 1130 ℃ ± 10 ℃, and the final rolling temperature is not less than 800 ℃. The total reduction rate of cold rolling is about 30%.

    (2) GH3044 and GH3044 have good stamping process performance. The limit drawing coefficient of cold-rolled sheet is k, and the limit is 2.06.

     

    GH3044 parts heat treatment process

    Intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1140 ℃ ± 10 ℃, heat preservation for 3~5min, air cooling. The final heat treatment temperature is determined according to the working conditions of the part. Parts with good thermal fatigue performance are dissolved at 1150 ℃ for 3~5min and air-cooled; parts with large thermal energy are dissolved at 1200 ℃ for 3~5min and air-cooled.
