GH3039

Gh3039 is a single phase austenite solid solution strengthened alloy. It has moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue performance below 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃. The structure is stable, the cold formability is good, and the weldability is good. It is suitable for long-term use of aero engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts below 850 ℃. The alloy can be used for plates, bars, wires, tubes and forgings.

    Overview of GH3039 Nickel-based Superalloy

    Gh3039 is a single phase austenite solid solution strengthened alloy. It has moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue performance below 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃.     Gh3039 heat treatment system: hot rolled and cold rolled strip solid solution treatment: 1050~1090 ℃, air cooling. Solid solution treatment of rod and tube: 1050~1080 ℃, air cooling or water cooling.

    Gh3039 varieties and specifications and availability: can supply various specifications of hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip, bar, wire, pipe, forging. Plates, strips and pipes shall be delivered after solid solution treatment and pickling. Wire without heat treatment or without heat treatment during wire feeding.

    Gh3039 melting and casting process: electric arc furnace melting, electric arc furnace or non-vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting, vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag or vacuum arc remelting process.

    The microstructure of Gh3039 alloy is as follows

    (1) The solid solution state of Gh3039 alloy is single-phase austenite, containing a small amount of Ti(CN), NBC and m32C6 carbides. After long-term aging or service at 600-900 ℃, M32C6 carbides precipitate. The carbides precipitated after aging at 600~700 ℃ are fine and uniform, distributed in grain boundaries and grain boundaries. When the aging temperature is higher than 700 ℃, they mainly precipitate and aggregate along the grain boundary. The phases formed in the alloy are stable and harmful.

    (2) According to the national standard, the specification of grade 3038 cold-rolled steel plate is grade 3038.

     

    Process performance and requirements of Gh3039

    ● Gh3039 molding performance

    Gh3039 forging: The alloy has good hot working technology, plasticity and good deformation properties. The forging heating temperature is 1170~1190 ℃, the final forging temperature is not less than 900 ℃, and the primary heating deformation is 50%.

    2Gh3039 rolling: the original rolling temperature is 1100~1140 ℃, the final rolling temperature is 1050~1100 ℃, and the final rolling temperature is not less than 850 ℃. When the alloy is rolled by electroslag or vacuum consumable remelting, the final rolling temperature should be slightly lower than that of the alloy melted in the electric arc furnace. The deformation of the hot-rolled pass shall not be less than 13%, and the cold-rolled deformation of the sheet shall be 30% ~ 55%.

    ● Gh3039 stamping performance: the sheet has good stamping habits in the supply state. The stamping limit coefficient is shown in Table 5-1, and the general working coefficient is 80%-90% of the limit coefficient. In the supply state, the bending fracture times are 20~29 times, and the cupping test depth is 10.7~12.0mm. After deep drawing of δ8.5mm hot-rolled medium and heavy plate, intermediate solid solution treatment (no more than 12h) should be carried out immediately to eliminate stress.
