Overview of incoloya-286 nickel-based alloys
Incoloya-286 nickel-based alloy is a fe-25ni-15cr-based superalloy strengthened by the addition of molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron. At 650 ℃, it has high yield strength, creep strength, good processing plasticity and good welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature bearing parts of aero-engines, such as turbine discs, pressure plates, rotor blades, fasteners, etc., and can be used to manufacture deformed products of various shapes, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires, rings, etc. Incoloya-286 nickel-based alloy can improve the purity of the alloy, limit the gas content, control the content of low melting point elements, adjust the heat treatment system, so as to improve the thermal strength and long-term performance of the alloy.
