HastelloyB

Hastelloy B is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, cobalt and other elements. The nickel content of Hastelloy B is about 62%. Hastelloy B is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and pollution control fields, especially in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other industries.

HastelloyB-3

Hastelloy B- 3(n10675) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, cobalt and other elements, with a nickel content of about 65%. Hastelloy B- 3(n10675) nickel-base alloy is a new material developed on the basis of Hastelloy B2, which improves the thermal stability and corrosion resistance of the material, and improves the hot and cold forming properties. In recent years, it has been more and more used in the production of chemical equipment.

HastelloyC-4

Hastelloy is a low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between nirofer6616hmo and other alloys of similar chemical composition developed earlier is the low content of carbon, silicon, iron and tungsten. The chemical composition makes it have good stability at 650-1040 ℃ and improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion. Under proper manufacturing conditions, the sensitivity of edge corrosion and corrosion of the heat-affected zone of the weld can be avoided.

HastelloyC-22

Hastelloy C22(n06022) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, tungsten and other elements. The nickel content is about 60%. It is a general-purpose Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy whose overall corrosion resistance is superior to other existing Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, including Hastelloy C- 276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. Hastelloy C22 has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent antioxidant capacity in aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or mixed acids containing chloride ions.

Hastelloy C- 276 is a kind of nickel chromium molybdenum alloy containing tungsten, its silicon, carbon content is very low. Under redox conditions, it has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
