Hastelloy C22(n06022) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, tungsten and other elements. The nickel content is about 60%. It is a general-purpose Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy whose overall corrosion resistance is superior to other existing Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, including Hastelloy C- 276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. GH3030

GH3030 is an early developed 80ni-20cr solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, good hot strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy after solution treatment is single-phase austenite, and the structure is stable during use. The main products are cold-rolled plates, and can also supply bars, rings, wires, pipes and other profiles. Mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber parts working below 800 ℃ and other high temperature parts requiring oxidation resistance below 1100 ℃ but with small load.
